After a busy academic week at Patterson, students use the weekend to relax, study, and pursue personal interests. The surrounding North Carolina countryside is rich with outdoor activities and historical sites. Most national chains have stores in the surrounding cities of Lenoir, Hickory, and Boone so students can find any necessity. All student trips are supervised by Patterson faculty and Patterson vehicles are used for transportation.
